Huisje was heel in orde. Toen we aankwamen was het haardvuur al aan. Verder was Monique heel vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam. Uiteindelijk bleek het afwasmachine niet te werken, maar Monique bood direct aan dat we haar eigen afwasmachine mochten gebruiken. Over de gehele lijn een dikke 10/10 dus!

I really do not recommend! Starting from wrong public descpription and ending with horrible customer service after we decided not to stay there this was the worst experience I have ever had in Airbnb. We had to stay there for the whole week with 6 people and one baby. It was publicly written that this place has wifi and phone signal. When we arrived there during the night we found out that there is no wifi and not even a phone signal. We needed to work during our stay so signal and wifi were very important for us. The old lady who recceived us were nice but didnt speak any English. The next day when we tried to explain her our problems she didnt understand nothing and told us to write them via Airbnb but we couldnt even turn on our 3G because there wasnt ANY connection. This mess went on for a long time until she called her daughter who spoke English. The daughter was so unpolite with us. Blaming us for being late and not having food, which were not our fault because our luggage was late and I informed her about that when we were on our way. When we decided that we cannot stay there the daughter told us that she doesnt care and will not help us with getting our money back. In the end we had to solve things via Airbnb so we lost huge amount of money. It is a big lesson for us! Hope this feedback helps others, too.

Wir wurden von Monique sehr herzliche Empfangen und waren direkt begeistert von Ihrem wunderschönen Gästehaus und Garten. Das Gästehaus steht direkt vor ihrem Haus und somit war sie immer für Fragen da. Trotzdem waren wir ganz für uns und haben uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man sich gut abspricht, kommt man auch mit einem Bad zurecht für 6 Personen, aber das sollte einem bewusst sein. Bei Ankunft sagte uns Monique bereits, dass WLAN und TV nicht gut funktionieren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir eh nichts von beidem gebraucht haben. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder mal Moniques Gäste sein dürfen 🌞

En l’absence de Monique, nous avons été accueillis par Sophie, et bien accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention notamment pour notre maman de 85 ans qui nous accompagnait. La maison est très agréable et située dans un cadre enchanteur ! Une petite suggestion : mettre en place un programme de fidélité, car nous avons bien l’intention de revenir !
