Having read other reviews I felt I was at the wrong house. This house is very dated and furnished with second hand, op shop, uncomfortable furniture. The house was dirty and very badly maintained inside and outside. My first impression was of the exposed lights in the living area and the cracked and roughly patched up ceiling. Then the aircon started to cause the ceiling to leak water from one of the lights. There is nothing spacious about the one TV area that only seats 3 people squashed up on an old uncomfortable sofa. No outdoor furniture, or basic things like glasses, teaspoons, pegs, can opener, bath mats, no attempt to decorate the house with a few nice pictures to give it a homily / holiday feel. The house is in a nice quite area and parking is easy.

Perfect house for our family. A lot of space, lively outside area. Perfect for a stay in Perth, public transport is so easy and just around the corner. Really good value for money!

The accommodation is large with 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. As reviewed by several other guests, the house is relatively old. Nevertheless, all the furniture and fittings are functioning well. Generally the whole place is still pleasant to live in. Kitchen has sufficient pots and pans for us to cook our meals. There is a big park right in front of the house, providing much greenery!
