Property was nice shame it doesn’t catch the sun more on the balcony and garden. Clean and tidy would recommend if you want to go for a peaceful holiday that would be the place the pool complex is a little expensive we spent most of our time on mojacar Playa which is a 1.5 mile walk or a short car journey

La maison est très agréable, au calme et proche de Mojacar et de très belles plages.

La casa en general esta bien. Es bonita, los cuartos son grandes y los armarios espaciosos. Aunque le falta limpieza y mantenimiento ( las tomas de electricidad de la cocina estaban rotas y sueltas, las persianas también funcionaban mal, a pique de romperse, hormigas en la mayoría de las habitaciones. Había telarañas en la mayoría de las habitaciones, polvo, etc.) Y la persona que se encarga de la entrega de llaves y de recogerlas es un desastre absoluto nos hizo esperar 2 h cuando llegamos y casi igual para irnos. La verdad lo mejor del sitio las piscinas, que aunque comunitarias no están excesivamente llenas de gente. Las vistas muy bonitas y la urbanización muy tranquila.

Casa tal y cómo se ve en el anuncio. A mejorar la limpieza. La hora de llegada es flexible pero en nuestro caso no fue así. Aún así hemos pasado muy buena semana. La urbanización Macenas nos encanta

The house: not the cleanest, but ok. Bathrooms and kitchen were fine, some items in the kitchen were still dirty from being used. In general the floors were not clean properly and the windows and little corners of the house full of dust or/and bugs. There’s an issue with the ants in the house, overall in the kitchen, which makes it really difficult cooking and having ants running all over the counter. Obviously is expected some kind of bugs since you’re in the countryside but it became a big problem for us to cook, prepare or leave anything in the kitchen. The fumigation guy had to come twice. Summary , for the price, which is high for Spanish standards, maintenance and cleaning of the house should be better. The area: you will need the car to grab anything, but it’s a really short drive, just inconvenient with kids. Beach distance is a “walking distance” again not convenient with little kids. Management: shout-out to Pablo, who truly fixed all the issues we had (bad luck of course but again with a proper maintenance and supervision our stay would have been easier). Pablo was professional, fast and efficient to solve all of our problems (ants infestation, internet not working and broken washing machine). On the side Adam was useless and not resolutive at all. His literal reply when the internet was not working and we needed it for work: we need to call the company, today is Sunday is closed. In the meantime Pablo fixed it next day right away. I understand was Sunday, but also I understand there’s something called customer service, at least try to make it look like you’re on it. The same when we asked for some towels since all the towels were in the laundry while it broke, Adam’s reply: I’ll give to you tomorrow. Perfect timing in a house full of kids and no towels. In the end I’m still waiting for the towels. With the ant issue, Pablo was the one contacting straight the exterminator because We could be still waiting for Adam to do it.
