The apartment is a short 10-minute walk from Lake Balaton and the main promenade that has all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. There are also restaurants, cafés (Bergmann Café) a grocery store (Aldi) and laundry facilities all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is right next to a park called Kiserdő. which is an ideal place for running, walking, playing tennis. The park has a couple of playgrounds as well. Balatonarács train station and a bus station is in walking distance. This air-conditioned studio apartment has a large balcony facing the garden. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or read a book in the provided lounge chairs. Umbrella is available as well. The studio has a double bed and accommodates 2 people comfortably. Sheets and pillows are provided. You can prepare a simple meal in the well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove top, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware). The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub), hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and towels. The studio has a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi and parking is available on site.
