The location here is great as you can walk to almost anything without having to use taxi or bus. The biggest drawback is noise that comes from Room 9 and a workshop (both above). There is little or no sound insulation so you can hear every footstep and sound from above. If not for the noise from above, the apartment would be nearly silent most of the time (especially from about 11pm to 7am). Note that as of May 2024 they are adding another level onto a building that is only 20 meters away so there is related construction noise from that project. The internet signal is very weak in the sleeping area and drops out frequently. The signal in the kitchen is good. The hot water and pressure are very good. The bed is comfortable although a bit firm. To launder clothing is US$6 + another US$6 to dry if desired. Kitchen equipment is very basic and lacks a blender, toaster and spaghetti strainer. Recommended if you sleep normal hours & want to be in the middle of everything.
