Alfred si è rivelato uno splendido Host, sempre pronto e veloce nelle comunicazioni. In altri anni ho soggiornato in altri appartamenti, ma questo è stato l'esperienza migliore, che ripeterò sicuramente l'anno prossimo. Molto consigliato!

Alfred is really nice and helpful. The apartment is great for two persons. There is a kitchen so you can make your own dish. I used the desk to do work on my laptop. There is a balcony. There is airco in the living room and bedroom. The building has a gym and swimming pool which are both nice and quiet. The building and lift are secured with key card and there are security people at the property. So it is a safe location. The building has a tuk tuk available for residents. Motorcycle taxi's are almost in front of the building. The building is close to Nana bts line and Asok mrt line. Shopping mall is also close. These are all located at a 10-15 minutes walking distance. The motorcycle taxi's are cheap so I did not walk too much. I spend 3 months together with my girlfriend at the apartment and had a good time. Will come back in the near future.

A cosy and functional apartment in a well maintained modern apartment block ( with swimming pool and garden on the roof), tucked in a quiet corner of the one-way street, yet a few steps away from all amenities. Very convenient for public transport ( BTS station 12 min walk, canal boat 7 min walk). The flat is brand new, compact but well proportioned, with everything you ever need for a very comfortable stay in the heart of the city. All appliances are top notch, air conditioners especially quiet and efficient. Free toiletries, toothbrushes, powder for washing machine etc. are nice touches to add to the sense of being home away from home. Interaction with the host was pleasant and straightforward, check-in and check-out a breeze. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting or staying in Bangkok.
