Great location with an amazing view and a tremendous setting. The house is very well designed and spacious. The staff was very nice. We had a great time with our kids who enjoyed the infinity pool. Highly recommendable.

This is our first visit to the island, the villa is very comfortable, the bedrooms are separated, it is convenient to receive guests, a large living room and dining room, comfortable kitchen, incredibly beautiful view, well-kept plot, comfortable walking distance to Impostu beach, a five-star hotel with a very nice spa, around the villa well-groomed territory, tennis courts nearby, took tennis lessons for the child, in the nearby Marina wonderful restaurant Il Marino di Puntaldia overlooking the sea, gladly went to morning coffee in a cafe there, convenient supermarkets nearby if you want to cook in a villa, the poison of San Teodoro, where you can also nice dinner and a walk. You can take a boat depending on your wishes, we took a comfortable medium-sized boat for a small company for a day - a very beautiful coastline, if you look at anything, and you took a small motor boat, it's also great to go to sea and take a dip. Service rental just a short drive from the villa. You can ride horses, hour and a half on a scenic path along the sea, we liked. You can drive to Porto Cervo, if you choose the right route, the road takes 40 minutes, on the same side is a very comfortable beach club with a delicious white beach club restaurant, in general, the location of the villa is very good, quiet, beautiful place, if you want new impressions you can get everything at a comfortable distance and then return to the villa, with great pleasure to sit admiring the sunset, in silence. The hostess of the villa Flavia answered our favorite requests and wishes, you can always ask a recommendation, any household issues were solved instantly, every day except Sunday cleaning, the maid Maria also always attentively fulfilled any wishes, from receiving our correspondence to choosing comfortable blankets and pillows based on wishes. Perfect house! Perfect location! We were family of 5 persons (2 adults + 3 kids) Close to the beach Lu Impostu, well located to visit the North East and the Esmeralda Coast as well as the North West up to La Pelosa. Close enough for day trips in Golfo d’Orosei. Flavia was very kind to us, welcoming and flexible and we really felt at home in her beautiful and fully equipped house. Thanks to her we discovered great restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was really hard to leave it and we would have loved to be able to prolonge our stay... we hope next year! We left Sardinia full of great memories. We’re very grateful!
