Alejandra’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The bed is perfect, and the kitchen has all the essentials. The air conditioner works excellently; a couple of hours in the evening was enough even at 30°C. Complimentary breakfast at Milo’s downstairs is a treat with tasty coffee, fruits, and toast or croissants. The area feels safe and relaxed, with beautiful walks along Amsterdam Avenue and delightful mornings in Mexico Park. Dining in nearby restaurants is a pleasure. There’s a large Walmart Express and smaller markets within a 5-minute walk. Tourist areas are easily accessible by Uber for $6-10 or by bus a few minutes away. A tip: keep some water on hand in case of occasional outages, and be mindful of mosquitos if you open the sliding doors. Light traffic and some evening noise may require earplugs for sensitive sleepers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Alejandra was responsive and helpful. Lovely neighborhood to walk on Avenida Amsterdam! The architecture of the 1930s was beautiful! An easy place to uber from to all the museums and sights of Mexico City.

Literally cannot say enough about this spot. The location is perfect - right on Amsterdam; if you like to walk or run, there is a mile-long shaded track at your doorstep. The apartment is adorable; it is spacious and well-designed. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is strong. The entire wall is made of sliding glass and opens up to lush greenery and the sounds of life in CDMX. The unit is cleaned daily (bed made, dishes and towels washed) and you can leave clothes on the bed to be washed and folded that day. You can even grab a daily complementary continental breakfast at Milo's (restaurant below) on their charming patio. We travel to CDMX regularly and this is our favorite apartment hands down. Alejandra and her team are absolutely fantastic. A must book if available.
