Toni and Rich were the perfect hosts! The apartment was beautiful and charming and exactly as they described! They were super responsive to messages and gave, in detail, great recommendations to local restaurants, entertainment and sights to see. They, the apartment and the neighborhood all felt safe. I'm not sure when my next stay in Philadelphia will be, but I'll definitely stay here again if/when that time comes!

Where do I start? This place was incredible. It’s small and cosy, it’s close to everything we needed and wanted. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. The neighbourhood is so quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to others, and if I was to ever visit Philadelphia for a second time I would most definitely book and stay again. A+ listing for both price and location. Hosts were really accommodating to our early check in needs. They were really responsive and helpful whenever I sent a message. Thank you Toni and Rich for allowing us to stay at your property.
