We have stayed at Robert’s place, both the second and third floor, several times now. We are always very comfortable. Robert is super helpful and responsive. The place is very clean. You can’t beat the restaurants and we like walking around the promenade. Outlets within 10 minutes. Target nearby etc. Not too far from HHI with a more laid back vibe. Perfect for relaxing.

This is a clean, modern and spacious unit in the heart of Bluffton. We had some trouble with one of the showers and the host was very responsive. The 3rd floor unit is quiet despite facing a busy road. My only complaint is that the twin beds are very soft, squeaky and uncomfortable. I slept on one of the twin beds for most of the trip since my husband was sick and had the king bed (which was very comfortable). My 14 yr old found the twin beds so uncomfortable that he slept on the couch. We were also surprised to find that there was no hand soap in either bathroom, no dish soap or kitchen sponge, and no coffee. These are typically provided in AirBnBs. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and bars. Beautiful decor, too.
