This was overall a terrible stay. After being asked a deposit of 500eur, and given keys with deceptive apartment number, we spent about 2 hours outside during the night, freezing and trying to figure out where to go, because the host was unresponsive, even though it is said that they provide 24/7 service. As a result my girlfriend got really sick on the first day of our holiday, which ruined the whole week. At the end of a smelly and eerie corridor, we found an untidy, un-maintained apartment, that smelled like cigarettes. Toilet looked like it belonged in a soviet hostel, bathroom seemed like it had received a repair at some point but was unmaintained, stained and moldy, the tub was dirty and unpleasant to go to. Furniture was banged up, with old and stained matrasses and broken windows that didnt stop the cold and had mold on them. Airbnb did not provide any support aswell, I ended up discussing this w/ chatbot. Please stay away from this place and reconsider the use of this paltform
Great place, but the communication could have been better. I didn’t know what to do with our check-out and our host didn’t respond, so we spent some time of our ski day trying to figure out what to do
A great place to stay when skiing. You can ski out the door and there's a lovely view of Avoriaz from the balcony.
