This apartment is in a great position in Anzio. As described it is on the fourth floor (top floor) but the views are amazing. The bedrooms are not large but are of a sufficient size. There is an inside kitchen/dining area/sitting area. There is also a roof terrace with an eating area and outside kitchen and a space to relax. Unfortunately, when we visited the awing over the relaxing area was broken so we only had limited shelter from the sun during the day. The apartment has air conditioning throughout. It is walking distance to the train station and you can easily get into Rome - it takes just over an hour. The trains go every hour, were on time and the tickets were very cheap compared to the UK. There is also a beach within easy walking distance. Anzio has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. We went in August and although it was busy it was not crowded. You do not need an car but if you do have one there is plenty of free car parking near the train station.

Probably one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed in. The photos don’t really do it justice. We highly highly highly recommend. The rooftop kitchen and balcony is like a dream. The location literally can’t get better. Just be aware that there is a 4 story climb up stairs but well well worth it. There is a loft for luggage though which is great. Amazing hosts who were extremely helpful.

This appartement is very central in Anzio, close to the beach and very clean. And the terrace is just amazing, you see over all of Anzio. By far the best terrace ive ever had with an Airbnb appartement.
