The house in itself is beautiful, the location was also nice. The house is not maintained, a lot of clutter and old furniture along with old appliances laying around. We understand that it is not a hotel, however every Airbnb I have ever stayed at has always provided at minimum the basic toiletries, and basic water needs. Check in was at 3pm, host was nice enough to allow us to drop our luggage off before 3pm however around 6pm we wanted to shower and there was no running water to which he let me know he was certain there was water then finds out that we were telling the truth and there was in fact no water at the house then he sent someone to come back to turn it on. Which they did an hour later. Very inconvenient. The miscommunication between the locking of doors was also very poor. The listing also stated cleanliness of rooms, which did not happen during our stay. It is very unfortunate as the house has potential just needs a facelift and possibly not include it has a pool.

Nos reunimos en familia por motivo de mi boda, el lugar es grande, con habitaciones amplias y completas, se descansa muy bien y pudimos tener acceso fácil al anfitrion quien siempre estuvo al pendiente nuestro, las camas mur ricas para dormir, sábanas limpias, cocina completa. un lugar tranquilo nos dormimos hasta tarde y no molestamos a nadie, muy privado el lugar. saludos.

We enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, clean and antique looking place, this is for you. The hosts were very communicative, since the first time we contacted Felipe, he answered all our questions, was very flexible and accommodating. The house was originally designed by a famous architect: Efrain Recinos. You can see a lot of real antiques around all the property. Every room looks different. My wife chose for us one with no TV and a lot of light (natural during the day and artificial for the night). We came for a Wedding, the parents of the bride got the biggest room. So spacious. The house is basically designed with 3 separated buildings. The house has private parking but we felt so comfortable leaving all the cars parked in front of the house. On the day before check out, Felipe communicated us there would be "Procesiones" next day, and that meant street closures, he offered us a couple of options including very late checkout if needed.

The place is big and pretty but he need to improve the cleaning kitchen was very dirty stove countertops and refrigerator were super dirty Ana smelly the place smelled old need to cleaned better
