The cabin we had actually rented was under renovation when we arrived, but the lady that met us at the office let us know that we had been upgraded to a slightly larger cottage. It was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Would come back again

overall, the place is in need of a lot of work. We could not use the closets due to the musty odors. The shower stalls had a lot of mold. One thing of concern was that all electrical outlets were so old that a plug would hardly stay in. When hurricane Lee hit, we lost power. With no power, we had no water (flush toilet). Julie provided us with bottled water to flush with. Thanks, Julie. They should have back power to at least run their water well. The place needs a tremendous amount of work, and it appears that Julie is trying to do it all herself. As a result, everything needs attention, grounds included.

We stayed at Marigold cottage the first week of August. There were no mosquitoes around so we could enjoy the fire pit and barbeque in the evening. It is very quiet, away from the main road with a view of the bay over a field. The cottage is quite rustic so look at the pictures carefully. It was very clean with plenty of thick towels and nice bed sheets. Lots of shampoo and soaps in the 2 bathrooms. Julie was very sweet to my little grandchildren and they would love to stay here again next year.
