Everyone should have an opportunity to stay at this lovely property! From top to bottom it was such a wonderful place to stay. This lovely home had everything you could possibly want or need to have an incredible vacation in Key West. The staff at HKWVR was top notch from the time we booked until even after we checked out. In particular I would like to mention Cindy, Austin, and Aubrey whom we communicated with directly. Oh my gosh - they were all so warm, professional, and personable! We are hoping to rent this home again next year and and are in the process of coordinating dates because we know we will need to book soon! We were completely delighted with our stay. Southard COMFORT indeed - plenty of architectural character, comfortable rooms, spacious, very well kept and well appointed. The home is nicely located in a charming historic neighborhood & away from the busier districts and streets (but close enough to be quite convenient). Parked our car on the property & rented bicycles for the duration of our stay. At night, strolled over to nearby cafes. Perfect. We weren't expecting much from the pool, given its size. But looks can be deceiving - the heated pool is surprisingly deep. A couple details adding to the Key West character of our stay: First - as everywhere in Key West, there are gypsy chickens. The feral roosters begin their morning call promptly at about 5:30am. Get used to it. Also, this property's bedroom AND bathroom doors are louvered doors (except for the laundry room/ half bath). Not a lot of acoustical separation... an architectural charm for our memories.

We loved the pool, the front porch, the comfy surroundings…it was a great vacation. I loved how easy it was to walk to everything. We will be back!

Perfect place for a key west getaway. The house was charming and had a semi modern flair with key west vibes. Updated bathrooms and beautiful outdoor area led to relaxing evenings by the pool after a day around town. Fabulous location- parked our car in the driveway, hopped on our rental bikes and off we went. Thank you for making our Key West vacation special
