1) Housekeeping was extremely poor. Same lizard droppings remained in toilet during our 3 days stay. We can't find a white toilet towel that does not come with some form of brown stains. Vanity tables were not cleaned. They merely added extra drinking water bottles every day. 2) Kitchen was appalling. SO FILTHY! Chopping board has dirt & mould on it. Outdoor kitchen was flooded not just due to heavy rain but also because all drains were choked with rubbish. The floor & wall were covered with mould. 3) Hospitality? There was NONE. We received bare minimum care & hospitality. Pure clinical. Eg : we asked for help to dial a cab. Response after 1 call & 5 rings only : " ps use grab. I can't help' 4) Continential BFast is included. But consisted of only apple juice, coffee/tea & frozen croissants. We are charged for everything additional. 5) Manager said he is sooo busy & tired. How could he be when he is 90% sitting in kitchen, playing with his cell? Worst Villa we ever had in Bali

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Brio. We were 2 families with kids and were looking for a good space within walking distance from key places in Seminyak. The villa is really spacious with 4 bedrooms over 2 floors perfect for each family to have their own privacy. The 21m pool was perfect to chill and have fun as well as the spacious living area. The location is unbeatable; you are within 10 mins walking distance from bars and restaurants like La Lucciola, Potato Head, Alila Beach Bar, etc. yet in a quiet road off the main Petitenget road. Finally the staff was amazing always available for anything we needed. Special thanks to Pak Made (Ubud) and Ibu Dewi who were really super stars. We will definitely consider going back and we would recommend it.
