Very nice spot. Older building that has been well kept, nicely maintained, and well furnished. It has everything you could possibly need. It is a very quiet neighborhood, and Chris’s instructions and assistance are on point. I can highly recommend this property.

We only had communication with Chris once. He answered immediately and took care of the problem immediately.

We were very comfortable at Chris’s place and he was so accommodating in shortening our stay by a day. We appreciate his willingness to help us.

Staying at Chris' place worked out really well for us. The location was very convenient for our needs and it was an easy place to have our dog. A note of caution to dog owners that there are many cats roaming throughout the complex/neighborhood. The cats were not aggressive but our dog always wanted to chase them. The townhouse was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. Chris was very responsive and we would consider staying there again.
