Incredible location. Beautiful sunrises, and so many dolphins spotted. A lovely spot where family could reconnect.

Closer to the Beach is impossible!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Clifton Cottage. We could not stay any closer to the sea, unless we were in a boat on the sea. The main bedroom bed is extremely comfortable. It should be listed as queen though. Having the cottage serviced daily by Sylvia makes things just that bit more comfortable. The ferry across the Kei river should be included as an attraction. I would definitely recommend Clifton cottage and I would love to stay there again.

A spacious house with a fantastic view, close to the beach. Cows on the water edge were picturesque but the many cow droppings on the sand were a drawback for us. The property shows up well on the photos as the decor details are photogenic. Unfortunately the upkeep has been neglected and the owners of this property need to make more effort. Braai grids were rusty and crusty. Unusable. The fire place on the front patio was broken. The abominable state of the laundry was dismal although the washing machine and tumbler worked. Hairdryer was broken. Communication with Nadia & Sunette was good. Linda our maid, who came in daily was a honey and pleasantly helpful. As Airbnb hosts and fans, we have found much better properties along the coast.
