This apartment has all the facilities you could need for a week in Queenstown. The kitchen is well appointed with the essentials, there are enough distinct living spaces to not be on tope of each other and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. The apartment is so close to the centre of town you can walk to literally everything, or stroll along the lake or through the gardens.

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing it was lovely to come back after dinner and enjoy the scenery from the balcony and window seats. With 2 teenagers it was great to have bedrooms and bathrooms on various levels so that everyone had their own space. Location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and steamer wharf - down a flight of stairs and 100 meters along the road. It was also great to have a car space for our rental. The kitchen and bathrooms and laundry were well supplied with necessities, and there was plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Definitely was the perfect place from which to enjoy Queenstown

The apartment is great for five people. Nice living space, two good rooms downstairs. The attic (third room) gets a fair amount of light in the morning, but it is good enough for two young kids/adults. Property management company staff could be a bit better regarding details in the house (lack of a few basic items, no instructions regarding garbage/recycling removal, poor communication). This said, we truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment: excellent location, nice space.

Pros Perfectly located exactly between the city centre and the promenade, right by the water. Incredible lake views, honestly better than the photos. Properly stocked kitchen with absolutely every available utensil. A shower and toilet room on the middle floor, as well as a separate shower and toilet rooms downstairs. A balcony with great lake views, almost uninterrupted. The management company, especially Kathreen, were extremely responsive and helpful. They've also arranged for professional repairs of 2 minor faults within hours of being informed. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Water pressure was excellent throughout. Cons The space is a little cramped, but is expected from a city centre location. The upstairs bedroom has no door, and it also has a huge curtainless window overseeing the lounge downstairs. It was also extremely hot in it. The construction site mentioned in many reviews didn't make too much noise while we were there, but it could potentially be noisier
