First and foremost, Sasha was a cool ass guy and if I had the chance, I’d stay there again to see how it’s improved. We met a Sasha a bit late as we had a storm come in and delayed our flight. He was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. When we got there, we were informed the AC was broken in the main living room (which was also one of the bedrooms). The upstairs two bedrooms had an AC and was dope ass rooms. My bedroom turned out also had a broken shower which spilled water into the bathroom when in use. There was a drain that didn’t quite drain everything so be careful when stepping out. Our second day, something was wrong with the magnetic door lock for the front door. When my friend pressed the door release and pulled the handle to open the door, the top half of the glass door broke off and fell, breaking into thousands of pieces. Almost surreal as I watched it fall. We had to go to a diving course so we informed the guard and we left. Sasha was understanding with what happened and we ended up splitting the costs. Our last day, midway through my shower, the water sputtered off. I even purposely turned off the water as I lathered to conserve water. When I turned it back on, the water would only trickle and then shut off completely. I ended up getting water from our fridge to...finish my shower. Cold as uckFay .... That wasn’t the worst thing. The bar/club next door blasts techno music all night til 5 am. Every day til 5 am. Every day. The best thing, is there’s a party next door every night and it’s a short walk back home. Good bar, btw, with beer pong. All in all, Sasha was awesome and once he gets construction finished, I’d love to visit again. Bring earplugs if you go...

Great location for nightlife and excitement! Very close to Patong Beach. Sasha was quick with response time when booking and very quick with answers to questions. Had a great time and I recommend the place!

Fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sasha is a very hospitable host and the few issues we had (hot water, wifi) were fixed straight away within a few hours. Very easy to deal with. Location is amazing right in the heart of the nightlife on Bangla Road yet not too loud as to lose a good night sleep. Thanks so much for making our trip memorable, only negative is that we couldn't extend our trip longer Haha. Thanks again Sasha, see you next trip!
