It was a wonderful weekend and Donna is definitely a super host! Both my daughter feel at home and enjoy this Mother’s Day weekend staying! Lots to do, feeding fishes, ride into woods, hanging out with horses and my daughter enjoyed everything with horse! Weather was nice and we did s’more at night, so peaceful! Wally and Eddie (terry dogs) are just so fun!
We had another fantastic visit to Red Mule Ranch. We absolutely love coming to stay at Donna’s place. We had a beautiful weekend full of sunshine & nice cool temps which was perfect for exploring, hikes, bon fires and trips to wineries. We adore Donna and she always makes us feel like we’re at home. Her quiche is out of this world and her cookies and cakes too. We’ll be back next year!
Red Mule Ranch was exactly what we hoped for. It is a peaceful property surrounded by beautiful acreage. Trees, pastures, lake, animals … it has it all. There was a wonderful bonfire set up for us and we loved the heat of the fire. (The weather turned cold while we were there). Breakfast was included and we could choose from five options. Delicious! Awesome breakfasts! No lunch needed after eating biscuit and gravy with eggs, hash browns and fruit one day and the best quiche I’ve had in years on the other day. Yum! Our host, Donna, was and is the most hospitable host ever. I highly recommend Red Mule Ranch and hope to return in 2024!
Red Mule Ranch exceeded my expectations! Donna and Lloyd were the perfect hosts and made us feel right at home, yet like special guest at the same time. Property is beautiful and peaceful. Loved all of the animals who would come greet us, hang out with us on the porch and Eddie and Wally was our tour guides on the trails. So much fun and full of energy! Donna a Lloyd were so hospitable and lovely. We truly enjoyed visiting with them. The food was delicious and we ordered a key lime pie which was the best I have ever eaten! We will definitely plan another trip to the ranch! Jamie and Jack
Loved every minute of my visit…the horses, the pond and fish, the chickens…breakfast was outstanding! Donna is the best!

I’m a retired oncology nurse of 45 yrs. Married 49 yrs. I love cooking, baking, (baked for Long Row Lavender 2018-2020),canning, sewing, and horses. I also love God and people, and serving others. I especially love to host couples celebrating anniversaries or birthdays. Couples leave refreshed. Red Mule Ranch is like a Bed & Breakfast/retreat. Everything I cook or bake is with quality, fresh ingredients. I do NOT charge for cleaning or breakfast
