Fantastic location!! Spacious and welcoming—felt right at home. Centrally located to all of our adventures in C’ville and the surrounding areas. Quiet, restful place to relax in between spelunking. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful place, excellent host. We managed to blow a fuse (our fault, plugged hairdryer into bedroom outlet instead of the bathroom while everyone was trying to get ready for an early morning UVA graduation) and Michael responded and took care of it pronto, which was much appreciated! The apartment is large and well appointed. Location was perfect. We needed to cut our trip short by 1 day and Michael was very accommodating. Highly recommend :)

Michael, and his place, were awesome. Perfect (short) distance from Charlottesville - relaxing and beautiful country location within 12 minutes of town. Easy access and lots of little extras; e.g., snacks, drinks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Super clean. Highly recommended! Thanks, Michael!

We had a great stay. We came down for the Pitt-UVA football game, and the apartment was the perfect place to stay.
