Will definitely look to see if place is available when we come back to the South Bend area. Host was nice enough to reach out when one of our party left some clothing items behind to mail back to them.

We found Kay's place to be the perfect spot to stay for an ND game. It was clean and close to the turnpike. Kay was very proactive in communication. We would definitely consider staying at Kay's condo again.

Kay’s place was great! Very clean and close to everything you would need! There is a Meijer right around the corner! Kay was very responsive and helpful!

I have never had an airbnb experience like this one, so it is necessary for me to write this review. I am completely disappointed that all other reviews for this stay were nothing but positive. The clutter and lack of cleanliness in this home was unbelievable. This appears to be a primary home for the host. There was clutter all over, including under the beds, in the closets and on all available hooks in the home. The fridge smelled awful and was stocked, leaving no room for our own groceries. However, even if there was room we wouldn’t use it because of the horrible odor. There was food in an open pantry in the kitchen which was very strange for an air bnb. The bathrooms were NOT clean. It appeared that the only cleaning that was done before our arrival was vacuuming. This was such a disappointment and I am so glad that most of our time was spent not in this airbnb.
