Great stay at the square. The neighborhood is quiet and it's close to Chapel Hill. Don (the host) is very responsive to any inquiries and is very friendly. The private room and private bath was perfect for my needs. There was always hot water when I needed it. The neighbors were very friendly. I never had an issue with parking and there is also a bus stop right by the square. I recommend this place if you're in the area.

I had a very pleasant three-month stay at this Airbnb. The communication with Don was always great and the room comes fully furnished and equipped for longer stays. The location is good as well for everyone that has to go to the UNC campus! Overall, I can just recommend this Airbnb!!

My stay was lovely. The room was clean with plenty of space for my personal items. Sharing the common spaces was easy and never posed any issues. Any questions I had were answered promptly and anything I needed got to the house within a matter of hours if even that long. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who needs a long stay in Chapel Hill.
