We spent a lovely weekend with our dog at this place! The screened in porch and backyard were magical. The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We could not get over how beautifully the house was decorated. We didn’t want to leave!

great place to stay for a weekend in ulster county. the place is very cute and really nicely done, and chris was communicative and helpful. two things to note—the house is pretty close to the road, meaning it was super accessible and easy to get to/from, but also that there was a little bit of traffic noise. the other thing is that the house carries sound, so you're very aware of what your traveling companions are doing at any given moment. that said, would definitely stay again, great experience and value, would have loved some warmer weather so we could take full advantage of the insane sun room and yard.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has everything you need, super cozy and comfortable! LOVE everything in the interior of the space and design. Very well-thought put together place. Really liked and felt surprised on all the details around the house. It was still a bit chilly so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, fire-pit and grill. Highly recommend everyone who visit Catskills. We will def return during other seasons!

What a lovely and cozy gem in the area! this home is perfectly situated between the surrounding towns we were visiting and right on the main road. There were no noise issues and it was convenient for traveling especially in the dark evenings and late nights. The gas station near by was also comforting, knowing additional needs or amenities was that accessible. The home itself was very well designed and decorated, and felt like visiting a friend in the best ways. Very tidy and clean. We made good use of that big dining table for fun activities and backyard was a great size for our dogs to get some fresh air. Kitchen was very equipped for our needs. TV downstairs and in the bedroom was really nice to have. On our last day we walked 5 mins to a nearby trailhead, super close by. Neighbors we bumped into on the walk were very friendly. Would definitely come back.

Chris’s house is lovely and was a perfect weekend getaway. As advertised, it’s very beautiful and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and we congregated by the wood-burning stove in the living room. There is cool art and great lighting. Our dog loved the backyard! The house is also well-located for hiking. If you are a sensitive sleeper, I would suggest earplugs/white noise since the house is right on the road, and maybe an eye mask as the blinds and curtains aren’t super dark. Make sure you receive check in instructions ahead of your arrival!
