Kim's place was wonderful! I booked a long term stay, and really felt at home. Kim was always responsive, and even provided some additional things I asked for since I was going to stay for a month including a step stool, toaster, foil and containers for leftovers. The unit was larger than the pictures show, which was a nice surprise. As others mentioned, parking in the alley can be tight, but I never had a problem finding parking on Thomas St. One thing to note, as it's an older home, the floors specifically in the bathroom and kitchen aren't quite flat, and feel like they have some give to them, but I got used to it. The street is pretty quiet, but you can hear the bus go by during the day and the seagulls first thing in the morning. You can walk to downtown or the Old Port in 20-25 min or so, and the West End neighborhood itself is cute this walk around in. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Portland for any length of time.

Kim and her Airbnb listing was what an Airbnb experience should be. Cute listing, thoughtful amenities, and a great host. Kim was very proactive in communication and did not have a single issue or unclear instructions. We will be back!

This was such a cute spot in a great location! Walked everywhere and even had some great options for food and shopping in the little neighborhood the apartment was in!

Great area to stay in. Parking was a bit of issue due to not much room on spaces.

Nice place to stay near Portland. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches in the apartment, such as wine, snacks, and toiletries! Kimberly is also a great communicator, with clear instructions. The space was clean and comfortable. The two cons to be aware of (both are not super in her control) are parking and house noise. The driveway is very small and our van would not fit (which was communicated in advance) but there was no street parking nearby. We ended up about 6 blocks away, which was not ideal. The house is also very old, so the floors and doors are VERY creaky. I realize creaky floors are not something super in the host’s control, but they are something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper or have a baby with you (like we did) as you make a lot of noise walking around the house. Besides those, the place is a great stay!
