We had a great time staying at Jeff’s place. It was so peaceful and relaxing staying on the farm. We loved seeing the alpacas out in their field and there are a number of great places to eat and get coffee in the area. Jeff was also a great host offering recommendations and local information. Definitely 5-stars!

The place was gorgeous and Jeff is a fantastic host. Was even able to purchase some blankets and scarves made from the wool from the alpacas in the farm. the place was nice and toasty even in the frigid January temperatures. overall would absolutely stay there again.

Jeff’s farm was absolutely perfect! I stumbled across it when looking for some place close to the events of my 35th high school reunion. After not having set foot in Woodstock in almost 30 years, the location brought back a flood of memories! Beautiful location, the Alpacas were fun to watch, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Jeff!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the farm. Jeff was super helpful, the apartment was lovely, the alpacas were adorable. It’s a fun area, with antique shops and cafes, and some great restaurants. We had an amazing dinner at Elizabeth’s Farmhouse. We had a great stay!

This is a beautiful private quiet experience with the added benefit of the alpacas. It's really fun to look out and see them so close to your space. The downstairs covered porch out back is lovely with comfortable seating. Beautiful serene views. We were not wild about the electric grill, definitely slower cooking than a gas grill. On our next trip we'll buy our dinner food out. The cooking set up is really more kitchenette than kitchen. It was fine for breakfast and lunch. Good dining options maybe 10 min away.
