Lee-Ann is an experienced host who likes to make sure her guests are all taken care of. I would recommend those who stay to be more aware of her house rules, which are not like most other private Airbnbs. e.g. Food prep ends at 8pm. We misread one of the rules for the 2nd floor kitchen and began microwaving some takeout food at 9pm. She called immediately to warn us of the rules, but she was kind enough to allow us to finish eating quietly and heat up most things. Our short 1-night stay was good value for money. I wouldn't recommend this place for those who like to be a bit more adventurous / flexible within their schedules, as check-in is 5-8pm, and check-out is 9am sharp.

I booked 3 nights on July 16-19, 2021. I came with my dog, 2 years Labradoodle. Check-in time is 8 PM and we were rushing on a congested Highway to be on time. I stayed in room number 5 - 2 single beds, to small for taller people. I am 5'7" and my feet were touching the footboard. The room was small, simple with a night table and one reading lamp. A small fan on the dresser was full of dust. Windows were dirty, window seal covered with dust as well as screens. This is an older house and you can hear the owners having conversation downstairs and other guests in the kitchen and other rooms. There is no area to sit and launge other than Kitchen. No desk /working area in room # 5. I was advised to keep my dog on the leash when inside. There was outdoors seatting area. Small, fenced yard was for owners use. Simply, I was just sleeping and showernig there. My dog barked once when other guests were making meal at 10 PM. The owner called me and asked to keep him quiet. I went to the kitchen with my dog and after that he was not anxious and more relaxed. I only booked this place, becouse it was pet friendly. IT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. If you have an old dog maybe he will not hear all sounds and bark. But even with older dog, be aware, there is a lot of stairs to climb. I was charged extre $75 for 3 nights for my dog. It is ripp off, the worse Airbnb, that I ever stayed. The only positive commend would be: WiFi was working good.

I spent two nights in the room number 5, sharing it with my partner. This is an economical accomodation that won't disappoint your expectations. The space is clean and very well organized, the room is cozy and the beds are comfortable. Lee-Ann is a good host, she is talkative but streighforward and she does her best to accommodate you. Finally, if you spend some time in the garden a big beautiful dog will approach you and won't be shy to look for your cuddles.
