Great property with beautiful views. Host was a great communicator. We loved the brand new deck and quiet neighborhood. The only downside was you need to provide your own linens along with some basic household items like trash bags, laundry soap, and hand soap. If you’re traveling by airplane this is not optimal. However, you’re close to town and can pick those things up.

easy beautiful relaxing time on the ocean

Directly on the beach. Awesome views. Exactly what we wanted. Both my adult children had to do work from home. It was nice that they could work but still have the views of the ocean and were able to watch mom and dad on the beach while they worked! Great location. Elizabeth was very responsive. We had a tropical storm come through our last two days. The minute we lost internet we thought that was it. Elizabeth emailed me within 15 mins and guided us on how to reset the wifi and had already set an appointment for a technician to come and fix. He came during the wind storm and found the line to the house had broken due to the high winds. He was still able to get us fixed so we could continue working. It was beyond what we would have expected.

Location is fantastic, you are right on the beach and swimming is great. We rented wet suits and were able to stay in the water for hours. That being said the place needs a lot of attention and has seen a lot of wear and tear. Be prepared to always have sand on your feet as there is no way to get from the outdoor shower to the steps without walking through the sand. Had some cleanliness issues, broken items and fridge leaked on the floor. If you get past those items the location is perfect with multiple decks overlooking the beach. Extremely relaxing.
