Caryl is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered! Their home is absolutely lovely and only a few short blocks from campus. She and her husband are friendly and engaging and truly generous in the way they open their home to guests. They thought of every comfort we could need or want. Our room felt so private it was a little surprising to encounter a full house of guests at breakfast. The congenial conversation over breakfast with other guests reminded me of more traditional B and B experiences that have been lost in this era. I see why guests come back again and again, we hope to as well!

I always look forward to my time in Hyde Park and Caryl and Phillipe's place is my go-to location. It is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located for my commitments several times a year. Caryl is a superb host and goes above and beyond expectations. Wonderful breakfasts and always excellent conversation.

Caryl and Philippe are fantastic hosts in a magnificent home. Right next to the college campus. The highlight was eating a large fresh delicious breakfast and communing with nature in their back yard.
