The loft has a great location, close to tourist attractions and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars and squares. I'll received it clean, in addition to being very well equipped. I were very well received by Patrick and your response in order to not miss anything was very quick. I have already recommended the loft to friends. I were very greatiful to be received kindly ! Staying at Patrick's place is an amazing experience. The home has everything you will need for a month-long stay (or more). The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that one might need. The apartment is located close to Yonge-Bloor at the northern end of downtown Toronto and is close to two subway stations. Patrick was just a message away at all times and is very responsive and helpful. Great value for money given how spacious the accommodation is and how well it's located.

I loved my stay at Patrick's loft! The home is even more beautiful and spacious than in photos. I stayed at the residence as a single guest for one month. The loft is well-equipped for a long stay; There were several rolls of toilet paper, tide pods for laundry, multiple bathroom towels of varying sizes, dish sponges, and at least two rolls of paper towels. There were also several kitchen gadgets, if you plan to cook during your stay. The location is very convenient. It's on a rather quiet street, but a mere five-minute walk will bring you to a bustling city center with numerous shopping sites and restaurants. There are also two subway stations within a five-minute walk of the property in either direction. This made commuting around the city very easy. I worked remotely from the property and was connected to the loft's Wi-Fi on three devices: two laptops and a cell phone. I found no issues with connectivity on my laptops, but found Wi-Fi to be either very slow or inefficient on my phone from time to time. This may have been an issue specific to my phone, as I did not have issues with Wi-Fi otherwise. Although I did not need to reach out to him often, Patrick was very quick to respond in the few instances that I needed his assistance. I would easily stay at this loft again and would recommend it to anyone prospecting the property.
