Dario’s place was the perfect location for us to check out the area, just an 11 minute drive to Cefalu. Dario had great communication and was very responsive to our last minute booking. Our cottage was really sweet - we felt right at home on this beautiful property.

Imagine a huge Sicilian olive grove boardering the beach. Add a few (not too many) cosy cottages, each with their own outdoor terrace, kitchen, sun chairs, parking space etc. You will be welcomed by the perfect host Dario and his dogs - probably you will also meet the cats. Both Dario and the sweet pets intuitively sense if you prefer privacy or conversation. When cooking in the kitchen or outdoors using the barbecue, feel free to go and pick lemons and fresh spices on the estate - or ask Dario for his own olive oil. We brought our dog and she felt every bit as welcome as we did. This is a gem, we hesitated to leave and we look forward to coming back.

Cet endroit est si bien qu'on souhaiterait presque le garder secret, que pour soi. Dario est un hôte exceptionnel, souriant, accueillant, présent et discret, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions ou donner des conseils sur les environs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme, la nature, pouvoir aller à pied à la plage qui est propre et calme même en plein mois d'août ainsi que les kayaks mis à disposition. La maison est simplement mais parfaitement aménagée. La grande cuisine extérieure sous le caroubier et le salon de jardin sous la tonnelle, face à l'oliveraie donnent un cachet indescriptible à cet endroit. Nous recommendons vivement et n'avons qu'une hâte, c'est d'y retourner.
