Отличное местоположение, большая парковка,рядом все основные крупные центры и ярмарки, большой просторный номер (56м) позволяет себя чувствовать как в квартире,а не как в отеле, много бытовой техники, на случай если предпочитаете готовить дома, большой балкон с видом на бассейн и на залив, для любителей большого тенниса и пинг-понга - они есть в комплексе, что очень удобно. Рекомендую!

We really enjoyed staying at Chaleeya's apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, air-conditioning and the great view to the pool and sea made our stay comfortable and joyful. We stayed for two months and we had really everything we needed. Chaleeya is a good host, sometimes you might experience delays in her answers through AirBnB so my advise is to text or call her in Whatsapp. Chaleeya was very helpful and was quite reactive in solving issues. Thank you Chaleeya for hospitality! If we decide to stay in RePlay - no doubt we'll choose Chaleeya's apartment again. One more personal thanks for the books you have in apartment, especially for Lee Kuan Yew's books.

We appreciate how accommodating the host was with our change of dates due to the storm in the Koh Samui area as we could not get down there due to cancelled ferries and trains. However, we do wish that the host was more responsive and accommodating in other aspects. The host did not contact us regarding how to get to the complex/how to obtain the key card even a week before our stay. We are quite independent travelers and have stayed in numerous areas prior to this so I don’t think this was a ridiculous request. Upon asking, she simply said “google replay”—a simple, “getting a taxi at the airport for 100 baht/person” would have sufficed. Although the apartment is a great value for the price, there were definitely some cleanliness issues that should be addressed for future guests. We checked in 3 days after our original date so it was a bit shocking for us to find that bathroom was lacking in very basic cleanliness. There were stains on the toilet seat, there was an odor in the bathroom throughout our entire 4 night stay, the kitchen had an odor as well. The water kettle had some obvious grim and mold inside that’s accumulated over long periods. The dish washing sponge has obviously not been changed for quite some time. There were dirty towels still in some cabinets. No hand soap, shampoo or body wash was provided but there was oddly 2 bottles of conditioner (obvious management issue). However, that wasn’t such a problem as we brought our own. We weren’t going to cause such a fuss as we werent in the property much anyway. Funny enough however, she asked us if we wanted a maid to come over to tidy up 2 days after we checked in, so as she offered, we politely asked if someone could come over. However, Chaleeya responded 2 days after—the morning we checked out. The unresponsive for 2 days and not knowing when her guests were checking out is an obvious lack of responsibility. It’s unfortunate to see that a host who manages so many properties lacks in professionalism in terms of responsiveness and cleanliness with her properties. This would have been understandable if this was a personal property but we found it inexcusable since the host is quite obviously a company. Overall, the value was good for the amenities provided in the complex but we would not have stayed here if my partner’s parents were not visiting in the Bophut area and it was the closest accommodation we could find to theirs.
