This place was a gem — the hosts have converted a small French cottage into a traditional-feeling home with all the important mod-cons. We stayed here during a chilly rainy Normandy spring, but the place was easy to warm up. The upstairs bedroom was a highlight — light fills the room through ceiling windows and a modern bathroom (with big shower) was welcomed. From the location, it was a short enough drive to nearby towns and we found it very convenient. Host was responsive and helpful, and saved us in a pinch on the first night. Couldn’t be more grateful for her conviviality.

What an amazing experience to stay at Nicola’s lovely gite! We stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved every aspect of it! The impressive vintage furniture, the fireplace and the wonderful fields view make this place perfect for a romantic gateway! So much so that it inspired us to start looking into moving in the area at some point in the future. The location was great and fully recommend the walk around the nearby lake! I could not recommend this place enough, we’d love to come back!
