Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch! Man ist total für sich, fühlt sich wie mitten im (Ur-)Wald (Wallabies und Koalas grad neben dem Haus entdeckt) - und ist doch sehr schnell am Strand und bei den Geschäften von Horseshoe Bay. Die Eirichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig: Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und sogar auf der Veranda zwei grosse Ventilatoren. Perfekt zum Ausspannen!

Great place to stay, we had two couples, one with two young kids and it was big enough for all of us. Well equipped with everything you need, nice big lounge and deck. Great location, private and quiet but only a pleasant 5 Min stroll to horseshoe Bay beach with restaurant, pub, Cafe and a convenience store. A few minor maintenance issues, air con in one room didn't work (reported first day and to their credit the property manager sent a repair person that day, unfortunately it needed parts so that room had no AC for our stay, which made it harder for one of our kids to sleep), a few of the bedroom fans only worked on their highest setting, which was too loud to sleep with, and the vacuum cleaner battery was dead. We advised the property manager of these issues, so hopefully will be rectified soon. All in all, a really lovely home, and the perfect place to base your family out of for a stay on Maggie! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thanks to the owners!

Sunbird house was very well equipped with heaps of homely comforts and staples that you wouldn’t get at any old hotel room. Great location, quiet and loved the frequent spottings of local resident animals
