A great stay!! - location location location - is ABSOLUTELY GREAT - truly on the BEST part of the beach in the area. Wide white sand and no seaweed relative to other places in the area. Lovely turquoise waters. Quiet condo, yet super close to everything you need. Groceries, activities, restaurants, etc. - CeCe is SUPER. Very attentive and helpful. So quick to respond to any questions - super clean with all the basics - looks as advertised in photos - not fancy, and not particularly updated but in really good shape - a little view of the ocean from the patio in front and in back of unit - comfortable beds - great AC units in bedrooms and main area! Drawbacks……. - the bathroom is very small, no shower door, doesn’t shower drain, floods easily - kitchen is very tiny & some items are well past prime, like the non-stick coating is scratched off most of the pans. It is sort of not feasible to make a full meal for four but ok for a small meal - the locks are frustratingly sticky!!

What a wonderful vacation! Thank you Cece for hosting us. We loved every moment in Puerto Morelos. The location was impeccable, steps from the pool and beautiful beach. Close to groceries, restaurants and activities for kids. The place was spacious, clean, had everything we needed for cooking or going to the beach including beach chairs and umbrella, coolers. We had laundry en suite and friendly staff willing to help. It was the most amazing time with the most beautiful weather. We look forward to coming back next year.

Its a small town, everything is walking distance, shopping and restos. Beach at your doorstep. Nice sized unit as photos show, in a quiet, safe, respectful condo development. Grounds kept super clean and tidy. If you have an issue, Cece responds and solves the issue with staff who are on hand.
