Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is Perfect for a Getaway any time of Year! With 4 bedrooms (2 Masters), 4.5 baths, and over 3100 square feet, it sleeps 14 people perfectly. The main level of this gorgeous residence has a sizeable living room with plenty of open gathering space and grand vaulted ceilings. Plenty of seating wraps around the cozy gas fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a large range stove), granite countertops, and wood backsplashes. A toaster, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans provide everything you’ll need for a home-cooked meal. There’s also a 49” 4K Smart TV in the kitchen area. A desk area with internet hook-up is a great spot to work or plan Park City activities. By the kitchen, you’ll find a dining area with seating for eight at the table and five at the countertop. Large windows next to the table provide incredible views of the mountains and Park City area. There’s patio access with a private outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing, a natural gas BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Additionally, there’s a laundry room with an HE High-Capacity washer and dryer, a ½ bath, a mud room with cubbies/hooks/spots for boots, and storage lockers. The large Master suite is also located on the main floor. It features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, 49” 4K Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. Downstairs, a spacious great room/bedroom has plenty of space to relax, a 65” 4K Smart TV with an Xbox One (also BluRay player), Sonos wireless speakers, a Queen airbed, an en suite full bathroom (with tub/shower combination) and a gaming/poker table. Plenty of cards and board games are also provided. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft and the other three bedrooms. The second master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has two Twin-over-Twin bunkbeds (sleeping for four) and the fourth bedroom has one set of Queen-over-Queen bunkbeds. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The entire home features free Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV, full central air conditioning and heat, and a tankless water heater! This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers, may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading. There are ski/snowboard racks in the garage and plenty of space for coats, boots, and other equipment storage. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well. Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area. Park City is a world-class destination and this spot is the perfect place to spend a vacation. Book with us today! The County and HOA have strict rental unit occupant noise regulations. Noise at rental units is not allowed beyond normal conversation levels typical for a residence or residential community between 10pm and 8am.
This townhome was comfortable and accommodated our large group very well. We spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen, and it was well appointed with most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the back patio and hot tub. Moose Management was very responsive and quickly worked through a few little issues we had. All in all, it was a very nice weekend getaway.

The Retreat at Jordanelle is located off of Hwy 248 about one mile from US 40 and less than 10 minutes to downtown Park City. This location is only a few minutes from the new Park City Film Studio; maybe you’ll see some famous faces around at Sundance! The Park City Ice Arena is just a few minutes from these homes as well.
Summertime: The Jordanelle State Park offers picnic areas with a BBQ for a fun day at the Lake. For even more fun, stop by the marina and reserve a ski boat, wave runner, water trampoline and more!
Wintertime: Enjoy a real "get away" from the noise and hustle of town, still being only minutes to amenities and ski areas.
We recommend a car. The home has a two car garage and a two car flat driveway. No street, RV or boat parking is permitted at any time. There are local car services available or Uber is in the area as well. In town, the Free shuttle/bus is available. Routes and times can be accessed on-line or through the "My Stop" app.
