Space is perfect for business or leisure traveller. The unit is located in Uptown Parksuites Tower 1. The condo is an upscale luxury residence and is close to malls, supermarket, and upscale restaurants. It is very near Landers, Uptown Mall, and Uptown Parade, among others. A comfortable king-sized bed and a nice sofa-bed, a kitchen that is strategically segregated from the rest of the room (unlike other units), and full bathroom awaits you. This unit is nicely furnished with top line furniture with a Nordic feel. The place is powered with WIFI - 200 mbps speed. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out. TV is located right in front of the bed for a comfortable viewing experience. Binge watch on Netflix and Viu for k-drama lovers. Play around with the ambient mode of Samsung's the Frame TV that serves as a wall art when not in use. Indulge yourself with a hotel-like experience and sleep in comfortably with a king-sized bed. The couch also turns into a twin bed which sleeps up to 2 pax. Xylo, the Island and Revel at the Palace are just walking distance (3-5 min walk) from the unit. Parking is subject to availability. Just shoot me a message. Jen is responsive and proactive in providing details. The place is exactly the same as the pictures, well kept and clean. Well thought kitchen amenities and supplies (i.e. toilet tissue, garbage bags, diswashing sponge, shampoo and body wash, etc) made the stay so comfortable. I had a very relaxing stay at Jen’s place. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying at BGC.
Perfect place for a short-term stay for 2 guests. The cleanest condo I have stayed at in BGC.

Market!, S&R BGC, Manila Golf and Country Club, The Fort Strip, Burgos Circle, Emperador Stadium, Serendra, and many more.
Indeed, the locaiton is one of the most desirable choices when it comes to live-work-play lifestyle. Perfect for business or leisure traveller.
