The room is nice and cosy with a lot of decent decorations. I like the vibe there and Julie is nice to talk with. Highly recommend this!

Julie's place is cosy and comfortable. It's located in a convenient area accessible to overground. Julie is proactive in providing transportation instructions and updates.

Stayed 4 nights at Julie’s and totally recommend. Near 3 different trainstations and ideal for visit to Crystal Palace Park as it’s right oppisite her house. 10 min walk to East Penge station and 5 to West Penge. 20min with overground into central London. The room is really nice with comfortable bed and bedding. Towel supplied. Coffee in the mornings was a lifesaver to get the day started. Julie is very friendly and helpful with suggestions of the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect if you’re backpacking but want a nice and cozy room to stay. Julie was very helpful and understanding. She made me feel at home and totally at ease processing my jetlag. Penge, the neighborhood, has a charm of its own. Very well served by public transport. I do recommend.

Julie is friendly,kind, and very helpful person. house is located right next to Crystal Palace Park where I really love it. there's local cafe and market (market is held every Sunday only ) easy to go centre london by using train(about 40-50mins) I spent the time about 2weeks and had good time!highly recommend this place!
