The property is lovely and modernized, located in a stunning out of the way location. Perfectly comfortable in the winter with a good heating system. Enough hot water for all 10 of us to shower without a problem. There is no phone signal as expected, but the WiFi works fine. We couldn't fault any part of our stay, it was wonderful. Just be prepared for a very bumpy ride down the track path as the Forestry Commission have not maintained the road well at all.

This was a beautiful home set in beautiful surroundings, the house was well equipped spacious and very comfortable, there were Three negatives that had a slight impact on our overall experience. 1. The very badly maintained entrance road to the property (which to be fair Sylvia had warned us, but only the day before we were due to arrive) 2. The fridge was off and defrosting which took us a bit of time to fix, luckily one of our party identified that it was the trip switch and was able to locate it. 3 was the most annoying when the cleaner arrived at 9.30am on day of check out which was advertised as 10am, I personally think that 10am for a Sunday check out should be 11am, I appreciate that the house has to be ready for the next guest, but a £220 cleaning fee should cover 2 cleaners getting the job done within 2 hours especially as guest have been asked to leave the property clean and tidy (which we did) just put a bit of pressure on us, after a relaxing weekend. Still enjoyed👍
