We arrived very late in the dark and I wish there was a porch light on, we used the flashlight on our phones, and we had a ton of mosquitoes in the house and we all got bitten quite badly. The mosquitos were horrible. The host told us that the cleaning crew left a window open….so we had bad luck with that. One bathroom was great but the second needs a remodel. The second bedroom needs a second nightstand. There was only one. Couldn’t get the Kurig started either. Otherwise it is an ok airbnb.

This place was the perfect location to celebrate our son’s college graduation. Easy to find, clean, with everything we needed . The hosts were very responsive and explained everything perfectly. Would highly recommend for families and couples alike. Wonderful experience overall!

Our experience at Sammie's place was one of our best AIRBNB stays!! The house is roomy and Sammie's thoughtful touches are sincerely appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and our easy walks to Cafe Duro, Gloria's, and a nearby playground. The neighborhood is delightful in and of itself!!

This was my second time staying here and everything was as perfect as the first time. I love the location - it’s perfect for running, going to the playground, and walking to some of the best bars/restaurants in Dallas. The house itself is great, with plenty of room and stocked with everything needed. Sammie was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This house is well-located in a trendy neighborhood and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The house is exactly as described and in the photos. The furniture is nice, being a great place to entertain friends. There is a large back deck and a koi pond, making for a nice place to relax or socialize. We were here for a wedding, so it was great to have a place for a few of us to gather. The residential neighborhood is attractive with the bonus of Greenville shopping district just around the corner, with its many restaurants, Voodoo Donuts and Trader Joe's. I was impressed with the attention to detail in terms of supplies in the kitchen, convenience items such as scissors, snacks and tape, and nice extras in the bathrooms. The master shower is very nice. Sammie was really great to work with, always responsive and also flexible in terms of arrival and departure. One of us had a medical issue requiring a recliner, and the host put one in the house for her to use. Amazing!
