Overall a good stay. 3 master bedrooms would be great for multiple couples or a family. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean. No info provided other than check in instructions, so do some research ahead of time to make the most of the area. One bathroom faucet didn't work (part of a double vanity, so it was easy to just use the other). A little expensive for what you get.

This is a beautiful ocean front penthouse with private beach access. The condominium is well furnished and decorated. All bedrooms are well equipped. Kitchen was well equipped as well and stocked with common kitchen items, utensils and even food items such as salt, oil, etc. They even had beach chairs and umbrella. Lots of board games. The view from the living and dining area is amazing. All three bedrooms have a good view as well. Our family was thrilled as soon as we entered the condo. The property is managed by professional company. So every time some new person responded on the email or Airbnb messages. They were quick to respond. Check in was very easy as well. The penthouse condo is located within a gated community which I think may be managed by Omni resorts. It’s a beautiful community with a mix of individual houses and condos. There is a swimming pool but it was under repairs while we visited. We were told about it earlier so no issues. Amelia island itself is very quiet and somewhat private. Very few people on the beach. Not much to do after the beach time and limited restaurant options. But this is what we were looking for: a quiet relaxing beach vacation. One caution for visitors to Amelia island- sometimes there was a strong rotten egg smell in the area perhaps due to the local paper mill or county sewage plant. Depending on the direction of the wind you may or may not experience the smell. Nothing that the property owner or management company can control. The smell spreads across the entire island. Local news reports have covered it and you can find articles on google.
