We are a couple who would like to offer travellers and tourists an opportunity to find great accommodations for a super budget-friendly price. We built a duplex in 2018 that we decided to open to short term lease and has proven to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. Being BNB (bed no breakfast) hosts have allowed us not just to assist people with their travel needs but have given us an opportunity to meet people from all over the world. So far we have met people from Asia, the United States, South America, Europe including Russia and lately the Middle East. So far, their reviews online and feedbacks have all been very positive and encouraging. We tend to be busy at home and would rather give our guests the private space and private time they need. While we have some rules and guidelines for the guests, we leave them pretty much to their own schedule especially in their comings and goings knowing they are in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. We will be always be available though (onsite or through messaging) and there will always be help available in the property if they need it for some emergencies and have certain concerns and needs
