Adorable cottage right on the main street in town. Walkable to just about everything. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our group.

Excellent location to walk and drive to everything for the stay. Roomy and charming house with everything needed. Clear instructions where provided for entry and we were even offered the ability to check in early, which was so wonderful. The muffins and snacks where also a thoughtful gesture. Would recommend staying here if traveling to Weston.

The purpose of our stay was to be close to family gatherings in Weston with our own space to celebrate Santa & Christmas morning. For this purpose, we would not recommend this house. If you’re looking for a bed to crash while visiting Weston’s tourist attractions, this might be a great fit for your stay. We were aware of the basement tenant with a separate entrance. However, there is no sound proofing, so we could hear everything happening in the basement (vacuuming, laundry, conversations, pets, etc). The basement tenants also cooked Indian food our first night, & the lingering food aroma filled the entire house. The smells absorbed in all of our clothes & soft items, making it very unpleasant for the remainder of our two day stay. The walk in shower had no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. furniture is not comfortable for lounging & Slipped around on the wood floors easily. Parking & location are good. House needs a lot of TLC. Not worth the rate we paid.

The location was perfect to enjoy the town. The house is close enough to walk to most everything in downtown Weston. But, we do have mixed feelings about the house. Cons: The furniture wasn’t very comfortable to relax in. Motion sensors in bathrooms turned on fan and or lights every time someone walked by. Noise from apartment below was easily heard, especially the barking dog, the cell phone ringing and the washer/dryer operating. Pros: Comfortable beds. Parking. Two bathrooms. Lots of cold breakfast items provided. Pet friendly. The description of renting the entire house is a little misleading. You do get the entire main floor, it is just that the house is old enough that you can hear about everything through the floors. The gal living downstairs seems nice enough and respectful but it is still an intrusion into your privacy of renting a whole place to yourselves. We stayed at the house for a holiday weekend and paid a higher price for it. Did not feel it was worth it.
