The casita itself was sufficient for us as far as space, however, the description in the ad describing the amenities was not accurate! It says it has an oven; it was a toaster oven. It only had 1 medium size saucepan. It had an electric skillet but it didn’t work! There were no dishtowels or dish cloths. The batteries in the wall clock, remote to ceiling fan, fire alarm, and doorbell all needed replaced. There was an issue with the bathroom in that the toilet and vanity were raised about a foot higher than the floor making it difficult to get on the toilet. For a handicapped person, this would be very challenging! There was a heavy plastic horseshoe shaped stool to place your feet on once you got up on the toilet but getting down you need to be careful not to trip over it! A lot of the issues we experienced could have been prevented if the hosts took time before the next guest arrives to make sure everything is in working order! And to specifically list what appliances are available!

They were super nice. They reached out a few times just checking to see if everything was good. The WiFi/Internet was hard to work with, But I don't know if that is a fault of theirs.

PROS: - I enjoyed the location of the spot as I found it safe, convenient, and near a nice park for my dog. - I appreciated that the space had tinted windows so that I didn't need to worry about people seeing in. - I found both Kristine and Scott to be pleasant and friendly when connecting in passing CONS: - my mail was opened despite the fact that I let the host know multiple times to please be looking out for my mail. It was treated as a non-issue when addressed - I am very paranoid over locking the house. I found twice that despite the fact that I would lock and shake the door before leaving, upon getting back the door was unlocked. - the air bnb is not separate from the main home, when I was told that it was. I could hear people moving through the house and garage and was uncomfortable with the idea that my privacy may be compromised - I received mixed information from the hosts on the use of the backyard

I’m glad I stay this place while waiting for my house to be ready. This accommodation deserves 6 stars, not only 5. Lovely place close to all attractions and, for those staying longer, groceries and convenience stores, while also very quiet and safe. Ample space if you have a lot of belongings. The host even provides snacks, coffee, tea, etc. There’s central air as well as a window AC with thermostat. The space was a large mother-in-law unit next to the garage, so can hear the garage door, not a concern for me. Very friendly, accommodating, and caring host. One 120F summer day, the host texted me to ask if all is OK because he notice my window wasn’t on. (I was already comfortable enough with the fan and central AC). I forgot my tumblers after check out, and they let me come back the next day to get them. Last but not least, they provide a weekly maid (cleaning) service. The maid did a great job. Sure helpful since I have a cat with me. Thank you so much!
