Amy and Aiden's house was perfect for our family. We needed somewhere home from home as we relocated from Scotland to Perth, WA. The house was exactly as it was pictured. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, modern amenities and well stocked with everything we needed. The thoroughly enjoyed the outside space too. Amy was great to deal with, responding quickly with when we had queries or requests for help. We also needed to extend our stay. Amy and Aiden were able to accommodate our request for which we were very grateful. I would not hesitate in recommending Amy and Aiden's home to anyone else.

Stayed at Amy and Aidan’s place for 3 weeks. Amazing house that’s well accommodated. Beautiful living spaces and just a comfortable place to be. Close to coffee shops, beach and the Hillarys marina. Lots to do for adults, kids and families.

Amy & Aidan’s home was very comfortable and met the needs of our 30 day visit. We had family in the are so it was a nice place for them to visit with us. There was plenty of room, everything was clean and tidy. I do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. The cafe/restaurant across the street was very convenient and had a nice menu. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces even though we have many rainy days. They were quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be visiting Perth again and would consider another stay at their home if it was available.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Beach Villa. Amy and Aideen are great hosts. The house is lovely and well stocked with all you need. We really enjoyed staying there and appreciated the extension and late checkout. Would definitely recommend this property. Regards, Jacqui and Paul

Highly recommend staying here! Great villa with lots of space. For the price too was a great deal!
