The area sports great value for bikers and recreational walkers with its nice roads south and north and the small forest behind the property, perfect for jogging.
This is a hot spot for surfers and kiters from the whole area, and is truly loved for its wide open space and immediate contact with ocean on best form.
The property can offer a kayak and a rowing boat (motor in high season summer). The property has 2 bikes.
Golfers can find a good course at Evje Golfbane, just a 10 min drive south towards Larkollen.
In addition we are members of the local Tennis club and can offer the use of that to our guests.
Our nearest Marina is Fuglevik Marina, only a 10 min walk away, 5 min by bike or boat.
Moss holds a great variety of interesting Galleries, amongst them Galleri F15 at Jeløya and other great sites connected to this in the city centre.
The neighborhood is surrounded north-east-south by farming fields and is quiet. Facing west is the ocean next.
The area as such is known for it's rolling green hills and farm land, beautiful alleys of oak trees and a full green color everywhere.

By car:
Gardermoen airport - Moss = 1 hr 30 min.
Oslo - Moss = 50 min.
Fredrikstad - Moss = 30 min.
From the Bastøfergen ferry it's a 10 min drive.
You can easily catch a train either from Halden or from Oslo, both approx 1 hr.
As prevously mentioned the property has 2 bikes that you can use to get to shops or to the city center. From the local shop (Spar on Ekholt), you catch a bus as well to the city centre.
