I stayed here in order to run the Berlin marathon and this was a great spot. Close enough to the train for all the events and close enough to walk if you wanted to. The place was spacious and the patio area was great. It was nice to have restaurants and a grocery right out the door. The rain shower was very nice and the loft space for reading was a great place to relax. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Berlin.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our nearly three week stay. Easy check in and Marls was very responsive when we needed anything. The neighborhood is really nice with a few restaurants and cafes right across the street. Ideka a block or so away for big grocery shopping. Also a great cocktail bar, tapas place and food market are walking distance. The most convenient thing is that the U9 station is literally outside the door. Two stops to Zoo station and you can get anywhere in the city. And the apartment is absolutely gorgeous and huge! Beautiful bathroom and shower. Great kitchen. High ceilings and massive terrace. The pictures really don't do it justice. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon! Cheers!

Super fresh and spacious apartment, cool interior and a private terracce with views to the green courtyard. It is really quiet at night, and the bed is comfortable, no problem getting a good nights sleep here. The U-bahn is right outside the building, and the S-bahn is only 3 stops away at Bahnhof Zoo. If you wish to rent a bike there are several options in the area, Wallyard bike rental has very comfortable bikes.

Très beau loft. Très propre avec plein de petits services. Nous avons été très content de la proximité des lieux (proche d’un métro), facilité d’accès aux principaux endroits. Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Merci à l’hôte.

Mooie, ruimtelijke Airbnb met oog voor details. Rustig gelegen aan een straat met kleine gezellige restaurantjes. Grote supermarkt op loopafstand en de metro op loopafstand. Vooraf voldoende info ontvangen en een makkelijke incheckprocedure. Een echte aanrader voor een verblijf in Berlijn!
