Fantastic place! At the very center of the city and in walking distance to most Budapest sites. The room is nice, with all kinds of furniture and equipments ready to use. I definitely recommend people try this flat.

Apartment is in a great location. Walkable to major attractions and literally around the corner from public transportations - if you learn the excellent network and get the lay of the land then Budapest is surprisingly easy to manage. Szabolcs is a great host - excellent communicator and very considerate. He had the fridge stocked with water & juice on our arrival date- we guzzled as it was a very warm night. Apt. is pristine, furnished in modern Ikea. It has large windows including the bathroom. Kitchen is full service, stocked with everything you need for a long term stay including a washing machine in the shared hallway. The only drawback is that since it's in the back of the building complex it lacked natural sunlight which actually compensated for the very hot summer weather. It was surprisingly cool and we were quite comfortable with just the fans. Layout of the building is from the Habsburg era with original elevator shaft but a newly installed elevator. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location. The building is authentic Budapest. The apartment is sparkling clean, very secure, quiet, and well equipped. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Good times!

Great spot! Comfortable, quiet and close to so much. We had a great time and would stay again. The only negative I have is the bed linens were dirty when we checked in. Problem solved with the on site washing machine...

The flat is gorgeous! Very spacious, well furnished, has everything you need for cooking (special thanks for the sharp knives). It was super cool to sleep because there is no sound coming from outside. The bathroom is airy and well designed. There are Lidl, Aldy within walking distance. Delightful coffee shops around and the legendary Habos Gofry on Ferenciek tere 4. Vaci street, Gellert hill, metro and bus stop is quite near. Szabolcs is a very attentive host, he tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His mother is also a very pleasant woman. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, for a long-term stay we found a significant disadvantage: The flat is on the F floor, the windows overlook the inner courtyards and therefore the flat is quite dark even during the day. You have to turn on the lights. Sure it's not a problem if you are staying for a short period or if you are not home much and spend all your time exploring beautiful Budapest))
