If you are looking for a great place pick this one. Everything was excellent. I have rented a lot of homes but no Owner went out of his way as Judd did. Was texting us with activity that was going on. Told us excellent places to eat. The place was just what we expected. If we had any concerns he would be answering them within 10 minutes. The pool was great the neighborhood was quiet and house had everything you will need. Will pick this home again if in Arizona. Thanks again Judd you were the best

No issues at all for the cost. So nice to have a house with kitchen, laundry etc. Pool was a great bonus.
